Magda Zabala is the head of the family, she is in charge of the farm, her husband Olger helps with some work, but most of the time he is traveling to other farms to consult and help with better processing methods.
The family is the fourth generation with the farm, they have 4 kids but only their two daughters are involved in the farm helping and learning, especially Lupe, who also is an active competitor in barista competition in Ecuador. Johana and her mom Magda both are in charge of roasting and serving coffee in their coffee shop.
They promote good practices in their farm, they kept and promote native trees to preserve river and native animals that are part of this region
